C-Max: Ford Launches Its Own Hybrid Line
The Ford C-Max has the potential to make a statement, and that is exactly what Ford wants to do in the 2013 hybrid market and beyond. Reserve your test drive now at Gorno Ford.
The 2013 C-Max is a new nameplate Ford is launching into the hybrid market. This first dedicated hybrid line is a compact crossover and the C-Max will be offered as a hybrid or a plug in hybrid only---there will not be a gasoline powered version in the North America market of this five-passenger family vehicle. The C-Max hybrid will have a starting price of $25,995 and the ability to get 47 m.p.g.
Right now Hybrids are a growing piece of the everyday auto world, with aggressive pricing and styling, Ford is looking to overtake this hybrid market with their new dedicated line. It might not have the name recognition of other brands, but the C-Max is a serious rival.
